Due to problems we've had with personal checks, absolutely no personal checks will be accepted! If you send us a check, we will mail it back to you and your date will not be reserved. (Please don't be offended, but we don't know you yet, and it's a strange world we live in!)

Please note that we choose the subject images from your photo shoot for your photo art, because we know what type of image makes for good candidates for artistic effects... but if you would like us to create something from an image of your choosing from your photo disk, contact us!

Our flower circle creates a colorful sacred space on the beach to encompass the bride and groom, and our Ocean Drum Blessing is a simple and brief opening ceremony requiring 4 "volunteers" that is spiritual, easy (and painless for the volunteers), with blessings for your marriage from the Earth, the Sun, the Water, and the Air.

___ Officiant to wear a straw beach hat, and you can choose from my ultra beachie fringed edge floppy dilapidated one, a non fringed floppy straw hat, a very nice straw hat, or a cowboy style straw hat. FREE! (Depending on wind conditions) You can also have me wear a pirate hat with or without eye patch, or a Viking helmet!

Please note that if the weather permits, I usually wear shorts, either linen or cotton; very nice off white or khaki toned, and either colorful short sleeved shirts, or loose Bali style white or pastel toned shirts.

Signature of bride or groom_______________________________________________  By your signature, you agree to the following.. A very late start will have an impact on other scheduled events for that day. This needs to be clearly understood! In the event that the ceremony begins by more than 30 minutes after the scheduled and agreed upon start time due to lateness of the couple, an additional fee of $100 will be required at the discretion of the officiant before I perform your ceremony.  Late arriving guests are not grounds for a late start, at officiant's discretion.

Important note for our clients purchasing our printable photo CD images; most of the images on your CD (or DVD) will not adjusted beyond the basics. We do hand correct and adjust the portrait type images for you.

Also note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather or late starts (for a sunset wedding) can place limitations on any of our services. We are not responsible for the foibles of nature, or late arriving couples or family members! Late guests will not be a valid reason for a late start, so make sure your friends and family know when and where to go ahead of time.

Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule any beach or outdoor wedding if the weather conditions become hazardous, esp if there is lightning in the area, or forecasted warnings of hazardous conditions are posted. It is the couple's responsibility to have a rainy day backup plan. We reserve the right to not risk valuable equipment if rain is present at your wedding location at our discretion. Wedding insurance is an option (but not available from us!) for couples with expensive wedding plans! Bride and groom are considered the "responsible party", regardless of who is paying our fees.
