We request that all deposit payments be in the form of money order (but no US Postal money orders!!), or cashiers check. Please have money orders remitted to Don Beach.

Due to problems we've had with personal checks, absolutely no personal checks will be accepted! If you send us a check, we will mail it back to you and your date will not be reserved. (Please don't be offended, but we don't know you yet, and it's a strange world we live in!)

___        Add on our Ocean Drum Blessing and a simple flower circle combo for only $45 more! Our flower circle creates a colorful sacred space on the beach to encompass the bride and groom, and our Ocean Drum Blessing is a simple and brief opening ceremony requiring 4 "volunteers" that is spiritual, easy (and painless for the volunteers), with blessings for your marriage from the Earth, the Sun, the Water, and the Air.

 ___  Passing of the "Ocean Drum" as each participant creates the sound of the rolling surf, and with each passing the officiant recites a blessing of the sea. $25 

___ a blessing from the 4 directions... a Native American based ceremony that brings us together with the Grandmothers and Grandfathers of the north, south, east, and west...after which we will drum together for a prayer of intention. (Shaman Blessing to the 4 Directions with provided frame drums) $75

___ Officiant required to actually wear shoes $7.50 per foot. (At current inventory, that would be $15 total) Flip-Flops are free of charge.

___ Officiant required wearing a necktie $500,000,000 (I hate neckties...)

___ Officiant to wear a straw beach hat, and you can choose from my ultra beachie fringed edge floppy dilapidated one (above), a non fringed floppy straw hat, a very nice straw hat, or a cowboy style straw hat. FREE! (Depending on wind conditions)

Please note that if the weather permits, I usually wear shorts, either linen or cotton; very nice off white or khaki toned, and either colorful short sleeved shirts, or loose Bali style white or pastel toned shirts.

By signing this reservation agreement, you acknowledge and agree with our Terms and Conditions, as stated on our website.

Signature of bride or groom_______________________________________________  By your signature, you agree to the following.. A very late start will have an impact on other scheduled events for that day. This needs to be clearly understood! In the event that the ceremony begins by more than 30 minutes after the scheduled and agreed upon start time due to lateness of the couple, an additional fee of $100 will be required at the discretion of the officiant before I perform your ceremony.  Late arriving guests are not grounds for a late start, at officiant's discretion.

Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule any beach or outdoor wedding if the weather conditions become hazardous, esp if there is lightning in the area, or forecasted warnings of hazardous conditions are posted. It is the couple's responsibility to have a rainy day backup plan. We reserve the right to not risk valuable equipment if rain is present at your wedding location at the officiant's discretion.
