If you are worried about angry in-laws attacking you at your wedding, or if you are a Navy veteran, what safer (or sentimental) place to have a wedding or vow renewal than the Battleship North Carolina! You heard me right! They rent out the battleship or their beautiful riverfront park for weddings and special events! Located right on the Cape Fear River, the venerable warrior of the seas is lovingly maintained, as are the grounds surrounding the mooring, and have the incredibly picturesque waterfront of Historic Wilmington directly across the water!
While we're up there in
Wilmington and looking at the Cape fear River, how about considering the

Well, as you can see, there are indeed some "alternative" ideas that you can discover in our very diverse area to have your wedding event at! I haven't even really touched the surface, esp in Myrtle Beach!

It never hurts to ask any of the interesting location managers if they would permit a wedding ceremony, large or small! You might be surprised and pleased to find the answer is "Yes"!
